Mom and I were at one of the local zoos, when we turned around a corner, we saw this little guy. He's just adorable :3

I have always loved owls and their little weird facial reactions but I love pygmy owls.

But he certainly has short bird syndrome, cause he was glaring up a storm at us. :3

Edit update:
I went to the zoo again and he was asleep this time. :3

We almost didn't see him, but there he was up on a high perch poofed and curled up with messy tail feathers XD
